Product Liability

A civil justice lawsuit for product liability, at its core, is a legal mechanism through which individuals or entities can seek resolution and accountability for various disputes or grievances for the alleged negligence of a product. The plaintiff typically seeks a remedy in the form of monetary compensation, injunctive relief, or specific performance to rectify the harm or injustice they believe they’ve suffered as a result of the alleged defective product.
