Product Liability

A civil justice lawsuit for product liability, at its core, is a legal mechanism through which individuals or entities can seek resolution and accountability for various disputes or grievances for the alleged negligence of a product. In such product liability cases, one party, known as the plaintiff, initiates the product liability lawsuit by alleging that another party, the defendant, has committed some form of wrongdoing or has caused harm. The plaintiff typically seeks a remedy in the form of monetary compensation, injunctive relief, or specific performance to rectify the harm or injustice they believe they’ve suffered as a result of the alleged defective product.
